Projection clock designed in 1985 by Stephen Savage and produced by Timebeam, a British company founded by Stephen and Anthea Savage.

In the 1980’s the idea to project the clock image by means of a lens was new and innovative. In 2020 it is still fascinating.

The clock can be focused by carefully moving the U-shaped chrome-plated metal bar. The desired position can be adjusted by turning the projector. It has a range of several metres and by playing with the metal bar and changing the position of the body the size of the projection can differ significantly. The clock naturally continues working while the light is switched of. The intensity and clarity of the projection of the Timebeam is striking.

Rare piece, especially in the excellent vintage condition of this black version.
