Grey Palomar Floor Lamp by Shigeaki Asahara for Stilnovo, 1980s

Palomar is an eye-catching floor lamp by Japanese designer Shigeaki Asahara for Italian lighting manufacturer Stilnovo.

The height of this halogen floor lamp depends on the position of the adjustable disc; when the disc is placed completely vertical the lamp is 196 cm or 76 inches high.

The built-in transformer in the base converts 220 volts to 12 volts. In countries with lower voltage such as the US, a converter is required.

The lamp comes with an external dimmer. The main colours of the lamp are grey and yellow.
