Table lamp by Gaetano Missaglia for Missaglia, 1970s

Plexiglass light sculpture designed by Gaetano Missaglia for his own company Missaglia, 1970s.

A chrome-plated metal base and four curved plexiglass parts together form a striking light sculpture. The light source is located on the inside of the base; the light is then spread through the plexiglass curls. The built-in on/off switch also works as a dimmer.

The lamp is in very good original condition. The electrical wire has slightly discoloured over time.
