Pair of red glass pendants by Massimo Vignelli for Venini, 1950s

A pair of hand-blown red no. 011.11 glass pendants designed by Massimo Vignelli at the start of his impressive career in design and executed by Murano glass specialist Venini. One of the most characteristic lamps that Vignelli designed for Venini.

Original red pendants; one pendant has the remnants of the manufacturer’s mark at the top. On the pictures the lamps have the original electrical cords, but these will be rewired with 2 m high end quality, black fabric cord – for safety and beauty.

Please note that these lamps are not the exact same colour, due to the artisanal production.
