Product name: Grey table lamp NB 100 by Louis Kalff for Philips, 1950s
One of his first and—as we can say in retrospect —one of Louis Kalff’s best designs for Philips Eindhoven. This minimalistic model is named NB 100. It has a black curved steel frame with a grey dotted lacquered shade, which is characteristic for this model. The lamp provides a remarkable lighting pattern with light at both sides.
This piece is in excellent original condition. It is on offer with the original on/off switch and power cord, the latter showing signs of usage. The electric plug however is not original. This lamp is best used with a half mirror bulb.
