Impressive model 676 Radar table or floor lamp designed by Elio Martinelli and manufactured by Martinelli Luce.

The Radar lamp consists of a cone-shaped base and a large white metal shade with a black handle on top. A special feature of the lamp is the adjustable shade, which is not only rotatable, but can also be adjusted from a horizontal to a vertical position (and many positions in between).
