Set of three Symfoni pendants by Preben Dahl for Hans Følsgaard, 1960s

Set of three Danish mid century Symfoni pendants, designed by Preben Dahl in the early 1960s and produced by Hans Følsgaard Belysning.

Originally the lamps were part of a series of similar ceiling lights and pendants that were made of white and grey-lacquered metal in a harlequin-like pattern.

The Preben Dahl pendants on display can be used both as ceiling lamps and pendants. Because of the position of the fitting and the suspension (see pictures) there will be appr. 5 cm between the ceiling and the top of lamp when used as ceiling lamps.

This model is rare. The condition is consistent with age and usage, with some inevitable minor scratches. There is some rust on top of one of the lamps (see last picture).

All three pieces are rewired with 2 m high-end quality, white fabric cord—for safety and beauty. Only available as a set.
