Galdino Floor lamp by Carlo Urbinati for Harvey Guzzini, 1970s

Galdino floor lamp designed by Carlo Urbinati and manufactured by Harvey Guzzini in 1972.

Galdino has been produced in many versions; a table lamp, a clamp lamp (two versions), a upright floor lamp with one or two reflectors and -this variant- an adjustable floor lamp with one reflector.

The tubular reflector with three slits is made of black and white painted aluminium. The metal stem is chrome plated and can be moved from left to right relative to the base. The heavily weighted base (appr. 12 kg / 27 lb) ensures the stability of the model.

We also have two table lamps from the Galdino series in our collection, in two variations: a larger clamp lamp and another comparable but simpler clamp lamp. They can all be combined liberally.
