Franceschina table lamp by Umberto Riva for Fontana Arte, 1980s

Franceschina table lamp designed by Umberto Riva and manufactured by Fontana Arte in 1989.

The diffuser is made of satin opal blown glass and the base in opaque grey aluminium with details in brass. A flexible spring connects the diffuser to the base.

The model is part of a series that includes several versions; Franceschina was released as a table, wall, floor and ceiling lamp.
