Orsa Minore Table Lamp by Studio Arké for Candle, 1970s

Orsa Minore table lamp designed by Studio Arké and manufactured by Candle, 1970s.

The lamp has an ivory metal shade in which a pattern of perforated small holes playfully form the Little Bear constellation. Directly below the shade sits a half-sphere of opal glass, which is held in place by a metal base and a chrome ring.

By pressing the top of the Orsa Minore table lamp, the light is switched on or off. The amount of light can be easily adjusted by changing the position of the shade.

The lamp is in very good vintage condition. It works with a small E27 bulb.
