Farstar Table Lamp by Adalberto Dal Lago for Bieffeplast, 1970s

White Farstar table lamp designed by Adalberto Dal Lago (1973) and manufactured by Bieffeplast.

The dome shaped glass shade sits on a plastic base. The large round light dimmer that also functions as an on / off switch is a characteristic feature of Farstar.

The model can be used both as a table lamp and a sconce. It works with an E14 bulb. The condition of the lamp is very good.

The Farstar table lamp is described in the ‘Repertorio del Design Italiano 1950-2000’ by Giuliana Gramigna on Page 218 (1973).
