Product name: Three glass wall lamps by Carlo Nason for A.V. Mazzega, 1960s
Set of three large hand-blown wall lamps LP 253 designed by Carlo Nason and manufactured in the 1960s by Italian glassmaker A.V. Mazzega. The condition of the set is excellent.
The colour of the heavy thick rippled glass is difficult to describe, sometimes it seems blueish and at other times -depending on the light- more greenish. One could compare the shape of the lamp to that of a bird with half-open wings.
In the Discover section of our website you can find an exclusive interview with Carlo Nason on his collaboration with A.V. Mazzega, when he had the freedom to design whatever he wanted.
