Product name: Pair of Lambda wall lamps in metal and glass by Vico Magistretti for Artemide, 1960s
A pair of Lambda wall lamps in metal and glass, designed by Vico Magistretti and manufactured by Artemide in 1961.
The wall lamp features two softly rounded, shield-shaped diffusers made of pressed crystal glass with a pattern of horizontal lines that subtly modulate the light. The two glass diffusers are connected by a central metal chromed bracket and are held in place by a curved, slightly flexible, metal arm.
The lamps are in excellent vintage condition. They have two E12 based lamp sockets, recommended (by Artemide) maximum 40 watt per socket.
