Mezzoracolo table or floor lamp by  Gae Aulenti, executed by Artemide. This is the smaller version, but it is still 67 cm high. The larger version is named Oracolo, and the height of this lamp is 140 cm.

A large white globe in opal glass sits atop a dark cylindrical brown-coated metal base. The lamp is in very good vintage condition.

The Mezzoracolo lamp is described in ‘Repertorio del Design Italiano 1950-2000’ by Giuliana Gramigna on Page 164 (1969).
