Product name: Pileino Table Lamp by Gae Aulenti for Artemide, 1970s
Adjustable Pileino table lamp designed by Gae Aulenti in 1972. This model with sculptural quality is made in white lacquered metal with a plastic base. It was in production in the 1970s by Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide.
The Pileino table lamp has a mobile structure: The metal shade can be rotated to get different light effects and the base can be turned to have the cord of the lamp out of sight.
The maximum height of the lamp is 29 cm and the maximum depth 23 cm.
The condition of the lamp is very good. The wear is consistent with age and use; we like to point out a small damage at the base, which we find not disturbing. The lamp can be rotated versus the round base, but with this Pileino this is slightly more difficult than usual.
